Introducing our Oval glamping pod building frame kit, tailored for crafting exquisite glamping pods, home offices, and garden retreats. Available in various lengths and styles, these kits offer versatility to suit your architectural preferences.

Crafted with precision from top-tier 18mm structural grade plywood, our Oval glamping pod building kits ensure durability and structural integrity. Featuring a standardized 100mm cross-section, these kits facilitate insulation filling and provide convenient channels for wiring and amenities, allowing for seamless integration before pod skinning.

With exceptionally sturdy arches, 36mm thick when assembled (2x 18mm), our kits boast robustness, capable of supporting substantial weight without additional reinforcement.

Assembly of our Oval pod building frames is straightforward, with numbered components ensuring hassle-free construction. Comprehensive instructions and instructional videos further simplify the process. Utilizing traditional tusk and tenon joints, the arches are securely joined, while leaving the end walls open for personalized customization (wood for end walls not included).

With an exterior height of 2600mm (to the peak) and a maximum width of the curve at 4000mm, our Oval pod building frames offer ample space for your design aspirations. At the base, it measures 1450mm (internal 2350mm height x 3800mm maximum width).

For assembly, you’ll typically require approximately:

• 5 liters of waterproof glue (PVA or similar)
• a nail gun or powered screwdriver with nails/screws
• a hammer to secure wedges
