1. Delivery/ Shipping
1.1 Subject to availability, we will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the Services you have ordered as soon as possible after your order is accepted by us.
1.2 We will deliver directly to the address specified in your order.
1.3 The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified. Certain deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt.
1.4 Once delivered, the Services ordered will become your property and your responsibility and, except in relation to Services that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
1.5 Free delivery applies to mainland uk (excluding Highlands and Islands) only. Where delivery postcodes incur an additional fee buyers will be made aware prior to dispatch of any additional postage fees.

2.1 All our signs are individually personalised to the customers requirements and as such they are not eligible for return, refund or exchange so please read our product description and view our extensive gallery images to ensure your material and sign writing process is as required.
2.2 We may require photographic evidence or ask that the product is returned to us for further investigation by ourselves or the postal services if either damage in transit or faulty goods are claimed.
2.3 We will only accept signs returned to us that have not being installed and notification of the error was made within 24 hours from receiving the faulty goods.
2.4 Goods received damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as we are notified to the same specifications as the original order.
