When will I receive my item?
We aim for all orders to be despatched within 5 business days however due to the bespoke nature of products and material availability this is not a guarantee. We will contact you should your order breach this timeline with an estimated dispatch date
How will my item arrive?
We Use various couriers due to the size and shape of products, we will notify you of the specific courier we will be using at dispatch and provide any tracking details available to us. Goods will be packed in protective packaging and we make every effort to have your sign arrive with yourselves in the condition it leaves our factory.
Is my product Guaranteed?
Yes, we offer a 12 month guarantee on all purchases excluding banners and roller banners.
What if I don’t like my item?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items once an order has been produced and despatched.
What if my item is damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please inform us immediately either by phone or on our contact page and we will send out a replacement.
Where is my item?
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item within 10 business days from dispatch, please notify us and we will endeavour to track your order.
I live outside the UK, can I purchase an item?
Unfortunately currently we do not deliver outside the UK.

We offer a secure payment service hosted by Stripe and accept all major credit cards and PAYPAL.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all items unless you have contacted us about an outsize or custom item.
