Introducing our versatile 5m wide glamping pod frame kit. Perfect for crafting glamping pods, home offices, and spacious garden pods tailored to your needs. Available in various lengths and alternate styles, these kits offer flexibility and customization options.

Crafted with precision from premium 18mm structural grade plywood, our glamping pod frame kits ensure durability and structural integrity.

Featuring a generous 150mm cross-section, these kits provide ample space for insulation, cabling, and amenities, allowing for efficient customization. We recommend planning your amenities and running them before enclosing the pod for optimal functionality. The arches, boasting a thickness of 36mm once assembled (2x 18mm), provide exceptional sturdiness, capable of supporting significant weight without additional reinforcement. This model is specifically designed as a mid-entry unit, offering versatility in setup.

Assembly:

Assembly is made effortless with numbered components, virtually eliminating errors during construction. Comprehensive instructions and instructional videos are provided for additional guidance. Utilizing traditional tusk and tenon joints, the arches are securely joined for stability. The kit’s modular design allows for seamless integration of additional lengths, extending up to any of the three openings.

The oversize glamping pod frames feature an exterior height of 3000mm (to the top of the peak) and a base width of 5000mm (internal dimensions of 2700 x 4700mm). The end walls are left open, enabling customization according to your requirements. However, wood for the end walls is not provided with the kits.

While a 3-dimensional model is available for reference, please note that it may not reflect the exact length of the current product.

To construct the glamping pod frame kit you will usually need:

• Approx 5 litres waterproof Glue (PVA or equivalent)
• A nail gun with nails or a powered screwdriver with screws
• A hammer to secure wedges

For use as large garden pods, planning may be required due to the overall height.
